Common questions
A sheet will not finish downloading. Check that you have the latest version of the app (shown at the bottom of Settings), keep the app open until the download finishes, and turn off battery or data saver modes while downloading large sheets. If it still stops, tap Download again: it continues from where it stopped instead of starting over.
A sheet upload stopped part-way. Keep the app open while it uploads (the screen stays on by itself). If it stops, tap + and choose the same PDF again: the upload continues from where it stopped. Large sheets then take a few minutes to process on the server before they appear in your Library.
I did not get my verification code. Check your spam folder, then tap resend on the code screen. Codes expire after a short time.
How do I delete my account? Open Settings, tap Delete account and confirm with your password. All your uploaded sheets and account data are permanently removed.
How do I use the app without signal? Download your sheets while you are online. Downloaded sheets and your GPS position work with no internet.
